Old property , dating back to the 17th century, situated on the hills near Montespertoli, an area recently discovered by tourist, on the ancient road leading from Florence to Volterra and to the sea side, a road with wide and beautiful panoramas on the hills of Tuscany. The property is composed by the old farmhouse, with 4 apartments and a dependance where is situated another apartment and a service room with the common washing-machine and the public telephone . The position is very peaceful and panoramic, in the middle of the countryside, not touched by the noise of every days life. The big garden descending to a wide pool (6 x12 m), overlooks the surrounding valley with vineyards and olive-groves.

Fattoria Paganello is one of the biggest Chianti wine producer of the area. The farm can be reached through a 2 km white road and it is located in a panoramic and totally quiet position.
The U-shaped old villa finds its origin in the 18th century and also today the view over the vineyards from the inner-court still has the romantic atmosphere of ancient times, especially during sun-set.
The apartments are very characteristic with huge rooms very representative of the original structure of ancient country-villas.
Tavarnelle is in 4 km , Montespertoli is in 15 km, Florence in 35 km, Siena in 40 km.

This small but ancient farming estate with production of Chianti wine, olive oil and grappa, next to the Romasque church S. Appiano of the 9th Century, has in his property 8 apartments at disposal of its guests.
The farm is hidden in the tuscan countryside, among the small roads that lead to know corner of the Chianti area still remained as in the old times: ruins of rural houses that you can meet on the road, ancient Churches like Sant'Appiano, medieval hamlets, like Linari, at 1Km from the farm.
The apartments were restored during the years: two in the main farm, two in a house inside the hamlet, and four in a grange near to the swimming pool.
The simple style of the apartments, equipped with simple tuscan furniture, will let you spend a holiday near to the rural life of the country.

The Castle of Machiavelli was founded in the year 1000 and was once residence of the family Buondelmonti; in the year 1511 was bought by Niccolò Machiavelli and he used it as his personal hunting house.
From 1727 the family Rangoni Machiavelli are the actual owners and they have started in 1985 a total and perfect restoration of this beautiful residence.
In the dependence houses of the castle they have restored 11 apartments, which are now at disposal of the guests. All houses have a splendid view over the hills and the surrounding vineyards .
Pool in the garden ( 18 x 7 m) open from May until September. The small village of Bargino is in 2 km distance, San Casciano with Supermarket and banks is at 4 Km, Tavarnelle at 8 km, Florence is in 25 Km, Siena in 40 Km.

Going up Arno valley until the nice village of Le Sieci, proceeding among the wood around Florence, passing through a white road of 800 meters, a valley immersed in the green of the vineyards will open to your eyes, and in the middle of it you will see the complex of Vignola.
The estate of Vignola, a small farm with its production of Wine “Chianti Rufina” D.O.C.G., leave at disposal of its guests four apartments in an old rural house, that was recently restored.
The careful restoration has brought back to life the original structures of the buildings, discovering niches in the wall, arcades of ancient bricks and re-opening windows that were hidden from time. The cotto floor, the wooded beams and the wise use of the old materials, recreate the charming atmosphere of the typical Tuscan houses.
A characteristic outside area with a stone pavement has given the possibility to create nice furnished corners one for each apartment. In the nearby garden is situated a beautiful swimming pool (12X6 meters) to refresh the hot summer days.

Denderacchi is an estate in the area of Val D'Ambra, a part of Tuscany recently discovered by tourist who wish to stay in a more natural and uncontaminated place. Situated between the famous cities of Arezzo and Siena, here the hills of Chianti gently low down, to let the sight open wider, to arrive until the Appenini mountains, on the other side of the Arno river. The nature is the protagonist of this part of Tuscany, and the hamlets and castles - that are always present on the territory - and the typical houses, quite a mixture between the houses of the Chianti area, more rustic with stones and irregular shapes, and the houses of the Sienese area, the more elegant red brick buildings.
Denderacchi is in the middle of the countryside, among small villages like Pieve a Presciano and Badia Agnano, both at 2 km. Pergine is at 4 Km distance and here you find small grocery stores. For a bigger shopping the village of Montevarchi is at 15Km with banks, pharmacy and restaurants. There is also the entrance of the Highway A1 (Milan-Rome). Chiesa is an old typical tuscan house, which was carefully restored in 1997 and divided in 8 apartments.
The beautiful position is of total tranquillity with a marvellous view over the valley.
The estate is situated between the villages of San Casciano Val di Pesa and Montespertoli, two renewed towns of Wine.
The nearest village is San Pancrazio, at about 2 Km, where is a grocery store open also on Sundays, with many typical products of the area.
The apartments are cosy and furnished in typical tuscan style, simple, but with all comforts. Ceiling with wooden beams , "Cotto"-floors and the walls with stone facade, are typical element of that characterise this area. Each apartment has an independent entrance, and its private garden. Located among the gently rolling Sienese hills, the nearest towns to Il
Poggiaccio are Sovicille (7km), Rosia (10km), and Colle Val d'Elsa (18km).
Other places of interest not to be missed are San Galgano (20km); San

Big ancient and private villa, whose owner is the family Boncompagni since last century. Here they produce also today a good wine Chianti Classico Gallo Nero and extra virgin olive oil. The villa has 4 independent entrances and private parking for each apartment. Totally there are 4 apartments: one is for the owner and the other 3 are at disposal of the guests. The house is located in a quiet position, quiet on top of a hill, near the village of Greve in Chianti the famous town of the Chianti Classico wine. The 8 shaped swimming pool situated in the garden, has an incredible view on a still uncontaminated valley, characterised by oak woods, olive groves and the vineyards of the property. Two barbecues in the garden, which is equipped with gazebo and garden furniture. For all guests at disposal one washing-machine.

MARCELLINA
Going out of the village of Mercatale, through a small road very typical
of this area, in less than one Kilometre is situated the Villa Marcellina,
historical Villa of 1540, that was built around a tower of the middle
ages, partially to be recognised in teh central part of the building.
The
village of Mercatale is at about 1km distance, and here are many kind
of shops ( bakery, grocery stores, butcher, etc..) banks and the pharmacy.
A bigger village, San Casciano Val di Pesa, where is the Supermarket,
is at 4Km. In the area there several good restaurants; Greve is at 12Km,
Florence is at only 15Km, Siena is at 50Km.
The
garden of the Villa is in typical Italian style, with little edges surrounding
flower-beds. The wide swimming pool ( 14X7) has an incredible panorama:
gentle hills following one another, striped with vineyards and dotted
with olive trees and cypress. A gazebo in the garden, furnished with a
fridge and a barbecue, is at disposal of the guests to organise outdoor
snacks. The swimming pool is open from May 1st until October 15th.

The Castle of Tavolese was founded in the year 1200 from the Normans and
was once residence of one of the most famous Florentine families Farinata
degli Uberti.
From the middle of this century the family Kaiser is the actual owners
and they have fulfilled a perfect restoration of this beautiful residence.
In the dependence house of the castle there are 6 apartments, which are
now at disposal of the guests, near the wine-cellar and the ancient small
chapel.
