CHIESA

Chiesa is an old typical tuscan house, which was carefully restored in 1997 and divided in 8 apartments.
The beautiful position is of total tranquillity with a marvellous view over the valley.
The estate is situated between the villages of San Casciano Val di Pesa and Montespertoli, two reknown towns of Wine.
The nearest village is San Pancrazio, at about 2 Km, where is a grocery store open also on Sundays, with many typical products of the area.
The apartments are cosy and furnished in typical tuscan style, simple, but with all comforts. Ceiling with wooden beams , "Cotto"-floors and the walls with stone facade, are typical element of that characterise this area. Each apartment has an independent entrance, and its private garden. All the apartments have a fire-place, telephone, Satellite - TV. Change of towels and linen is furnished twice a week.

In the well cared garden a covered parking is at disposal, as well as an equipped panoramic terrace with swimming-pool and nice view.
The swimming pool 12 x 6 m - max. depth 1,40 m - is opened from April 1 till October 30
