The small nice villa IL MAGNIFICO dated back at the beginning of the century, situated in a residential area of Florence called Via Gioberti with characteristic shops , at 5 minutes walking from the Arno river with typical summer discos, at 10 minutes walking from the characteristic street market of P.za Ghiberti and at 15 minutes walking from Santa Croce Square was recently restored by the family Miseria and transformed in a cosy and elegant Bed & Breakfast , composed only by 7 rooms each with private bath: 2 double bedrooms at ground-floor, 1 double 1 single and 2 twin bedded rooms at first floor and 1 large Suite (double bedroom and living room) at second floor

A Breakfast room stay at guest's disposal , but in summer time guest can have their dinner in the private cosy court-yard under nice sun-umbrullas.

For those who wish to visit the town without too much walking there is at a few meters from the entrance door the public bus that permits to do easily the city tour.
In walking distance there are many good restaurants
