A small road will lead you to the house, where you will discover an incredible panorama on the hills that characterise this area: gentle slopes with vineyards and fields dotted with olive trees. In the clear days the view arrives until the higher mountains of the Appenini.

The house ia a semi detached Villa and is on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace with exit in the garden, a kitchen with exit in the garden, too, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three double rooms and a bathroom with bath tub.
