Immersed in the green of the oaks woods, among cypress, olive groves and with view on the vineyards of the hills surrounding Impruneta, this Villa offers to its guests a relaxing and very private holiday.
The nearest village is Strada in Chianti at 4 Km distance, where are some grocery stores, banks and the pharmacy, while Impruneta is at 5 Km distance and Grassina at only 6Km.
Small and furnished grocery stores can be found in the countryside as well as good tuscan restaurants that are in the villages and on the Chiantigiana road, the main road of Chianti connecting Florence to Siena, at 2Km distance from the Villa.
The exit of the motorway A1 Firenze Sud is at only 8 km.

The rustic structure with the old stone walls, reveal on the inside a charming and cared ambience.
In the house lived the owners, that have moved, that have created a warm and personal place, leaving everything at disposal of their guests.
The two furnished Veranda, offer the possibility to dine immersed in the nature.
The Villa is completed by a 3000 sqm wide garden, with a bean shaped swimming pool ( 12X7 m.), a Veranda for the hot summer days, and an internal parking at disposal.

The Villa is on two floors:
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, with a big window opening onto a furnished Veranda overlooking the garden on the side of the swimming pool.
Another living room with TV and two single sofa bed, dining room, kitchen ( equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster) storage room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, en suite, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
