The coloured street market of San Lorenzo square, where it is possible to do shopping every day, is just around the corner. The apartment was very recently restored and is furnished with much taste. The apartment is slightly beneath ground floor, but it is well illuminated since parts of the ceiling are in fibreglass that lets the daylight in. The apartment is very quiet.

Ground floor: Living room with TV and fireplace (not functioning), bathroom with shower, dining room with internet connection, kitchen (4-ring hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster), double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bulk beds.

Outside garden with loggia and washing machine.

In the garden: in an independent small building, there is an additional double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a telephone connection for local calls only.

The apartment is furnished with sheets and towels that are changed weekly. Consumption of water, gas, electricity is included in the rental price.
