LECCI

In former times, Villa I Lecci was a hunting residency. The house was recently restored and transformed into a modern villa with all comforts that can host a large family or a group of friends and couples. The villa belongs to the Giglio farm nearby, where guests can find full assistance and information, or book extra services such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking service. The tennis court of the farm is at the disposal of the guests of the villa. The farm also organises wine and olive oil tasting as well as dinners with typical Tuscan food in the farmyard.

Villa I Lecci is situated in the heart of the countryside, close to the village of Montespertoli. In this reknowed Chianti wine village, there are small shops, a supermarket, a bank and a pharmacy. The position of the villa permits to reach easily the major tourist centres of Tuscany: Florence is at a distance of 25 km, Volterra at 20 km, San Gimignano at 20 km, Pisa at 50 km, and Siena at 60 km.

The villa was transformed into a lovely holiday house with all comforts, but with a simple furniture, combining new and old. The garden is equipped with chairs and tables for dining outside. In the garden, there is also a swimming pool that offers refreshment on hot summer days.

The house extends over three floors:
At the ground floor, there are 2 interconnected living rooms, a dining room with 20 seats, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace (dishwasher, washing machine, American coffee machine, toaster, oven), one twin-bedded room, and a WC.
On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms and one twin-bedded room.
On the last floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, and one twin-bedded room.
Each bedroom on the first and second floor has an en-suite bathroom, each with shower, except for one that has both a shower and a bathtub.

The villa is equipped with telephone, satellite TV, and stereo system.
