VILLA MICHELE

Villa Michele is a typical Tuscan rural house, with stone facades and nice furniture. The rooms, which were recently restored, are each characterised by a different colour. Arches subdivide the spacious living rooms which are connected with each other through open stairs. These elements create a bright and colourful ambiente that characterises the villa as a whole, and at the same time offer a very harmonic subdivision into different spaces. The villa lies in a very quite position at the border of the village of Vico d’Elsa, with a panoramic view from the garden over the valley of the Elsa River until San Gimignano.

The village Vico with various grocery stores and an excellent restaurant can be reached on foot. Poggibonsi with different shops is at 4 km, San Gimignano at 12 km, Siena at 35 km and Florence at 40 km. The nearest tennis court is at 4 km distance.

Private parking in the property.

In the large garden that is equipped with chairs and tables, there is a panoramic swimming pool (6 x 12 m, opened from 1 June until 30 September). Guests of the villa share the pool with the owner, who lives in the house nearby and is always at disposal for any questions or problems.

The villa extends over two floors:
Ground floor: spacious living-room with fire-place, satellite TV and phone (only incoming calls), bath with shower, big kitchen with barbecue, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower).
1st floor: spacious living room with billiard table, 2 twin bedded rooms, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower).
