This Villa typical of the XVII century is situated in a very quiet area just outside of the small village of Mercatale, that is easily reachable by feet in 10-15 minutes walking, and where you have all kind of shops, bank and pharmacy. San Casciano is at 4 Km distance, where you have many good restaurants, Florence is at 15 Km and Siena is at 50 Km.
A small road will lead you to the house, where you will discover an incredible panorama on the hills that characterise this area in Tuscany: gentle slopes with vineyards and fields dotted with olive trees. In the clear days the view arrives until the higher mountains of the Appenini.
The villa is on two levels:
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace with exit in the garden, a kitchen with exit in the garden, too, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three double rooms and a bathroom with bath tub.
In the garden outside there is possibility of parking place, and to eat outside among the olive trees. Nice pool of 6X13,50 m
