This <b>Villa typical of the XVII century</b> is situated in a very quiet area just outside of the small village of <b>Mercatale</b>, that is easily reachable by feet in 10-15 minutes walking, and where you have all kind of shops, bank and pharmacy. <b>San Casciano</b> is at 4 Km distance, where you have many good restaurants, <b>Florence</b> is at 15 Km and <b>Siena</b> is at 50 Km.<br>
A small road will lead you to the house, where you will discover an incredible panorama on the hills that characterise this area in Tuscany: gentle slopes with vineyards and fields dotted with olive trees. In the clear days the view arrives until the higher mountains of the <b>Appenini</b>.<br>
The villa is on two levels:<br>
On the <b>ground floor</b> there is a living room with fireplace with exit in the garden, a kitchen with exit in the garden, too, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.<br>
On the <b>first floor</b> there are three double rooms and a bathroom with bath tub.<br>
